New piece, just finished. The plan is to have prints of this for sale in the store that I’m attempting to cobble together right now. Should be up and running by the end of the month, so keep checking back!

I recently finished this poster, commissioned by Birmingham Ballroom, for a show by reggae legend Jimmy Cliff.

The piece started as a fairly quick pencil sketch, based on the cover photo of his debut album on Trojan Records. I then added a little ink and water, scanned and finished the whole thing of in Photoshop, boosting the colours, adding a little texture and overlaying the text.
